They don't exactly play by the rules, please get the documents examined thoroughly with a good lawyer.
Their project on Harlur road in Bangalore got cancelled a few years back due to lake encroachment NGT issue, and they made it extremely difficult for the people who paid during the launch phase to get their money.

OP, coming from someone who has been chasing Godrej Properties to fix the PLETHORA of problems they deliver with the flat, please save yourself the massive headache. Cracks in walls, chips in tiles, uneven walls, uneven backsplash, uneven floor tiles, multiple damaged and defective fittings, no finishing. It’s pathetic.
