I bought a 2bhk in Hinjewadi township mainly because it has a direct metro line already being constructed and area also has demand for rented accomodation.
Blue ridge is definitely a good locality. The locality provides you all the required amenities and with colleges around, it is highly active. Additionally, there is an Embassy tech park in the locality. So if your company is nearby, Blue ridge will be the best option.
I think Blue Ridge township would be good for you. Wide roads, privately maintained, walking and jogging paths, neat and clean, own substation and water supply (so water 247 not an issue). It's a premium project.
