This issue is further highlighted by a regulatory body's order for the developer to refund a forfeited amount in a related case, suggesting a pattern of problematic refund practices.

While some buyers are prepared for minor delays, official RERA completion dates have been revised to a later year (e.g., 2029) compared to the March 2028 date initially communicated, raising concerns about the developer's ability to deliver on time.
As per my agreement, the RERA date for GEW is March 2028. But the RERA website shows that it is revised to 2029.
They will delay the possession until the end of 2029.
