Best bet for your friend is to live around shivaji park since it's a coaching hub so it's easier to get a flat and the area itself is very posh(have lived there for 5 years in 2 bhk with rent starting at 16k )

The areas outside DLF Midtown and DLF Capital Greens frequently suffer from severe water overflowing and stagnant water, which leads to pungent and dirty smells. This stagnant water also creates breeding grounds for mosquitoes and has been linked to suspected cholera cases and multiple accidents due to potholes and waterlogging, indicating poor drainage and sanitation management.

This often leads to cab drivers refusing to service the area, making it difficult for residents to reach their homes.
Shivaji Marg remains so jammed due to weddings that Cab drivers refuse to drop us at our homes in the DLF Capital Greens.
