Exclusivity and Low Density Living

The project is designed for a select few, emphasizing spaciousness and privacy. With a limited number of apartments (around 20 in Queens Court), a significant portion of the project's space is dedicated to green and open areas, enhancing its exclusivity and fostering a sense of community living among a high-standard gentry.

Potential for Liberal/Less Moral Policing Environment

There is an indication that high-end DLF-built societies tend to foster a more liberal and less restrictive social environment. This could mean fewer issues related to moral policing, which is a concern in some other residential complexes.

General Scarcity of Gated Communities with Full Amenities in South Delhi

South Delhi, despite its affluence, is noted for having a limited number of gated communities that offer a full suite of amenities like pools, gyms, and clubhouses. This makes projects like DLF Queens Court rare exceptions rather than a common offering in the region.

Gurgaon's Perceived Lack of Culture and Community (as an alternative)

Gurgaon, often considered an alternative for gated communities, is criticized for lacking cultural richness, community spirit, and a diverse social environment. It is perceived more as a corporate bubble with snobby residents and less historical depth compared to Delhi.

Gurgaon on the other hand, everyone is v busy since it's a corporate city and usually people only hang out for beer/bars or in restaurants. ... Gurgaon is just fancy malls and tall buildings, lacks history and community and heart like Delhi. It's just super lonely here. ... People are extremely snobby lol

Gurgaon's Infrastructure and Development Issues (as an alternative)

Beyond its developed office hubs, Gurgaon's infrastructure is noted to be problematic. This includes poor road conditions and issues with water quality in less developed residential areas, which contrasts with the more consistent development found in Delhi.

Construction is worse in Gurgaon. Near office areas the buildings are tall and beautiful and the roads are wide with a lot of greenery. The moment you come near a place which is less developed and not near an office hub, the roads are horrible and water is bad etc etc.
