This plot is carved out from an industrial area (so if you like traffic jams from tempos and trucks day and night), and next to a drain at the back (if you like extra polluted air)! Don't get stuck in this project by mistake.

It’s 25k for 1bhk with full furnished... I saw some people complain about poor maintenance and even the owner try to increase the rent.

The project is super-dense... On the top of it, the monthly maintenance is no less than 7k, so even if you invested for rent, you have to make sure that you have a tenant continuously, or else the expenses stack up within a month or two.
