Residents have encountered significant problems with utility billing, specifically regarding water charges. There have been instances where residents received large, consolidated water bills covering periods of up to two years, leading to unexpected financial strain and confusion due to the lack of regular, timely billing from the utility provider.
It's frustrating to suddenly get a water bill for Rs 14000 that covers two years. This kind of delayed billing is unacceptable and creates a huge burden.
