Saraswati, Ganga apartments in D-6? I think the cost will be 1.5 cr. But better than going to GGn exteriors. I live in D7 vk, and have been here for the last 12 years. This is probably one of the better places in Delhi to live in.

I used to live in B4 and it was one of the most beautiful in all of Vasant Kunj. E is not “lived in” and has many issues regarding water and safety. Don’t expect it to appreciate as much as A, B, C and D as it’s comparatively new.
If I'm not wrong it's DDA flat in Vasant kunj. Then its a risk to sell something stable for a private builder apartment. Don't worry surely prices will increase down the line for your property.

It also offers the most freedom for women... Women can travel safely in the metro, and it covers almost every corner of Delhi. It has wide roads, so you can actually drive. There is a nightlife, and plenty of things to do.

That's true But 1.5 is simply just not possible for me no matter what I do to raise a budget right now. 1.10 is comfortable and 1.25 is the stretch at max.
