Dwarka is really good locality and this is coming from someone who actually stays there, since your office is in Gurgaon my recommendation would be to look at sectors 19,21,18 they are much closer and will fit your budget. If not that best bet is to look at sector 10. It’s the safest, enough people around sector 10 is prime location.

Very cramped. Right next to the open drain. Many doctors lawyers property wala offices inside so always chocked at the entry. Plus entry is right at the red light (service road entry) so more often than not that’s also chocked.
