There are no frequent buses Only 1 bus comes per hour and at evening u wont get any buses from thane station to Rustomjee like there are only 2-3 buses from 5pm-8pm.

The biggest flaw is that it is located right beside a sewer system, which flows to the thane creek. ... Lower floors have mosquito problems and some insects can even make it to the higher floors. Rodents can also be a problem.

From a restaurant/going out places, there isn't much near the space so your weekends will probably be outside Rustomjee (Viviana OR Meadows etc) for socialising.

The flat layout is pathetic more bakwass than raymond, the passage and bathroom openings is so narrow old people will struggle with wheelchair, the bathrooms looks budget oriented, there is no premium ness to it, its utterly disappointing, people have just booked in the name of rustomjee & got ripped i feel!

RG. Road Sainath Nagar Majiwada is in a polluted condition due to open trucks carrying mud and debris carried to a site near Rustomjee La Vie etc. The same is flying and creating dust and dirt on the road. Kindly take immediate action!
