Runwal Sanctuary, previously known as Runwal Infinity, has a history of severe and prolonged delays, with some buyers waiting over 16-17 years for possession. The project was stalled for more than a decade due to extensive land litigation, including issues related to forest land, which led to construction halts. Despite claims of resolution and OC for some towers, this long and troubled past raises significant concerns about the project's reliability and potential for future unforeseen issues.
Please don't go to Runwal Sanctuary. Search Runwal Infinity (its previous name) and you will know. It's been stalled for more than a decade and rebranded.

The stench is always there mostly during night and up to 10 AM.
