Consumer commissions have found the developers guilty of "Deficiency in Service" and "Unfair Trade Practices," ordering them to deliver flats with interest and compensation. Specific issues include arbitrary changes to possession dates on the MahaRERA website, failure to secure Occupancy Certificates (OC), and the project appearing 'half-ass complete' and 'ugly' to nearby residents.
All these half ass complete buildings from Worli to Malad are ruining the city landscape and if they're not going to finish it they should hand the project over to someone else.

BMC can come anytime and cut your electricity, gas, water. They provide a particular time period within which the conditions must be fullfileld... the agent is lying, they will tell you that OC will come in few months, but it will never comes.
