The project is recognized as a premium residential development in Ambernath East. Its pricing has been considered justifiable for the locality, suggesting a good potential for return on investment (ROI) for property owners.
...the most premium project in east at that time - Nisarg greens, was prices around 40 lakhs.
There's Nisarg Greens, which is currently in the phase 3 of development if I'm not wrong. I believe there are a few commercial offices still left to occupied in there... These two are directly in touch with the main road (B-Cabin Road) so the ROI would also be good, considering the pricing is also justifiable for the locality.

Where residents want improvements
Residents have reported strong gas smells and dangerous gas leaks within the Nisarg Greens society and from nearby factories in the Additional MIDC area. As industrial township grows, residents find a dumpyard and manufacturing units have made it unliveable.
This is from Additional MIDC area..morivali..opposite Nisarg Greens complex. Few days back there was a dangerous Gas leak from a factory in this area. Action was taken after local MLAs intervention. But pollution has not stopped yet

The broader Ambernath area, particularly the western parts, carries a negative reputation due to reported illegal activities, criminal elements, and gang violence. Some areas are even considered 'blacklisted' by banks, which could negatively impact the overall perception, safety, and property value of developments in the region, including Nisarg Greens by association.
Most of the area in ambernath are blacklisted many goons and many dangerous activities in mumbai had to be connected to ambernath plus the people over there are mostly criminal minded... recently gangwar firing took place in midc area!! Even bank has listed this area into black.
The most dangerous place imo is Shiv Shakti Nagar, near railway station on the west. The infrastructure is too underdeveloped and lots of petty as well as heinous crimes have taken place there.
