Where residents want improvements
The Manpada area, including roads leading to the project, suffers from severe traffic congestion, especially during peak hours, making commutes lengthy and frustrating. The ongoing Thane-Borivali Tunnel project has led to road closures, diversions, and increased disruption, with residents anticipating even worse traffic and potential truck movement once the tunnel is operational. Traffic management is also reported to be inadequate.
neelkanath greens area used to be very calm and serene, but now ever since road work started it has become a hot mess. Cant imagine how it would-be once the work completes.
So many people are ready to leave Neelkanth Greens area just because of this. There might be a toll placed around. Add trucks to the equation and it’s finished for everyone living around. Horrible.
How's the traffic getting anywhere from there and back?
traffic would be massive if the tunnel was to open somewhere in the interior like let's say near neelkanth greens or so. All the vehicles going to borivli would have to take a turn towards neelkanth inadvertently and that would be such a claustrophobic situation.

This was literally such a green foresty part of thane, the neelkanth woods and waghbil, but now its all just dirt
ruined the thick tree plantations forever.
I think trees are being cut by MMRDA considering Borivali Thane Tunnel. Exit is near Neelkanth Greens, Manpada Side. So all the neighborhood trees are going into road extensions and service road development.
Slowly these constructions are entering last remaining forests of Mumbai-Thane, severely disrupting the local ecosystems. Nothing to be proud of.

Road from Tikujini wadi to Neelkanth Greens still not repaired . Some patch work done but surface has sagged, sever line dug up still not asphalted. SOS for public safety and well being.

I stay on the 20th floor and I observed that it gets hotter compared to the lower floors.

Seepage ka bhi photo laga do. That entire complex has more seepage ridden walls than dry walls
Worst bunglows or row houses in whole Thane, I am saying as per the structure and perspective from outside. I had a chance going in there and that was not so premium experience for which these are at sale.
