Residents frequently report ongoing and unregulated construction activities, often extending late into the night or starting very early in the morning. This results in significant noise and air pollution (dust), compounded by high-beam lights from the construction site directly impacting nearby homes, causing considerable disturbance.

All I can say is avoid Lodha regardless of where it is. Internal leakages are gifts that they give you as part of flats.
