What residents appreciate the most
The region is poised for improved connectivity with upcoming infrastructure projects, including new flyovers and a metro line, which are anticipated to alleviate traffic congestion and potentially enhance property values in the coming years.
Traffic outside is a pain, but I hope it will ease up soon with the 2 new flyovers getting inaugurated by May end.
Once the metro opens up, the distance won't be an issue, and it's not a bad place to invest at all.
Property value might get a significant boost due to the upcoming under construction metro opening.

There are significant concerns regarding the construction quality, with reports of leakage problems and the use of cheaper materials like drywalls (gypsum walls) in luxury flats. These drywalls are considered inappropriate for Mumbai's humid climate, leading to potential mold/rot, lack of load-bearing capacity for common household fixtures, and fire hazards, while still being sold at high prices.
Bohot leakage problem hai vaha... quality of construction poor.
Luxury flat in a Lodha high rise priced 3Cr+ back in 2019. Literally punchable cardboard walls.
Providing dry walls in humid city like Mumbai with incessant rainfall should be a crime. Drywall in Mumbai weather is a recipe for disaster.
Drywall will have many other implements attached to it in Indian houses. How can there be safety of hanging or nailing stuff on these drywalls?

The developer is accused of employing aggressive sales tactics, including making false assurances (e.g., easy loan approval) to secure bookings. Buyers have reported being charged significant late payment interest despite these assurances and discovering discrepancies between the sale price and the actual property value on official documents.
Builders always lie through their teeth and will make audacious claims to make sale.
