The project's location is a significant concern, described as quite internal or remote. It is far from both Kalyan and Dombivli railway stations, requiring a considerable walk (600-700 meters) from the main road to reach the project, in addition to auto-rickshaw travel costs to the station.
Auto sharing will cost you 30 rs each side if you travel from main road to railway station. Also it will drop you on the main road and you will have to walk around 600 to 700 m.
I’m not too sure about the location and long-term livability.
It's very inside, Kalyan or Dombivli station both are far.

There are serious allegations against the project's accounts team for demanding illegal charges, specifically 5000 rupees in cash, for No Objection Certificates (NOC) required for home loans. These demands are made without receipts and contradict the project's stated policy of no cash transactions.
Your accounts team is charging 5000 rs in cash for NOC letter for bank home loan. Builder can't charge for NOC. They said it's not in rules but you have to pay because I am saying so. And you have to pay it in cash not even in bank.
Accounts team are charging illegally for NOC for homeloan and demanding cash instead of bank transfer and without receipt. Cost sheet mentions no cash transaction.
