The pricing for units, such as 1.15 Crs for a 2 BHK, is considered high, with some suggesting it's 40-50% above the real market value and 'insanely overpriced' due to perceived amenities, leading to concerns about value for money.

the project you’re referring to here doesn’t seem like a very good investment option. Why? Few reasons: - Has a lot of Muslim community, there are building allotted for them but they are all over the place -Has way too many homes with almost no buyers, it is a ghost town. Just check how many ppl stay there atm, speak to them about their experience of the society -It has many other projects popping around it, just across the road and in its vicinity. Don’t think the price of the property will soar much. Final advice? It’s not worthwhile even to invest it.

Builder's Perspective

Response to hard water issues:

"We have initiated the setup of a centralized soft-water plant which is expected to be operational by Q2 2026. This will significantly reduce TDS levels across all towers."
