Phased Development and Steady Progress

The project is a large-scale, multi-tower development spanning approximately 10 acres, with construction happening in independent phases. Several towers have already been delivered and sold out, while others are nearing possession in 2026 and 2028. The project has shown consistent progress, with new wings being launched and occupancy certificates secured for completed sections.

Work is happening in phases of course. No one lives in an under construction building, people move in only after the building is granted an OC. And then the next building starts. It’s a huge project, around 10 acres, so this is the only way it can be done. Each building is independent of the other.

Builder's Reputation and Legacy Issues

The developer, Hubtown (formerly Ackruti), faces significant concerns regarding its reputation. There are numerous reports of stalled projects, particularly 'Hubtown Greenwoods' in Thane, which has been delayed for over five years, affecting hundreds of families. Additionally, the company has been involved in IT raids for alleged sham transactions and its MD was previously arrested for fraud, raising serious questions about the builder's reliability and ethical practices.

Ongoing Construction Issues (Noise, Dust, Pollution)

Despite some towers being delivered, the ongoing construction in other phases of this large multi-tower project creates significant noise, dust, and pollution. Right this moment, the ongoing construction makes the area polluted. Indoors it isn’t a problem, but as soon as you step out (esp when walking to the parking area which is at the end of the site), all the construction noise and dust is a little discomforting.
