The area is good and quiet and has very residential vibes. It is very green and has a good fort/park right next to it where people go for morning walks.

While currently enjoying a quiet environment, the area around the project is anticipated to become more congested in the future due to the ongoing development of numerous tall towers, a common trend in Mumbai's urban expansion.
But I'm expecting it to get crowded in the future with tall towers coming up in the area (literally happening everywhere in Mumbai).
