prices for new construction are extremely stupid. mira crest in kashi gaon is starting at 1.26 cr for decently sized 2bhk. i think asmita grand maison is also in 1.3 cr range. some 1bhk are starting at 1.05cr like leena developers project on back road which is so fucking overpriced bro.

I had a very bad experience at Asmita Grand Maison. They took my booking amount for the flat, next day said to come and collect allotment letter receipt. On reaching they told me they sold my flat to someone else. Then they asked me to buy flat for 6 lakhs more on same floor or cancel.
