Where residents want improvements
The project's location near the main Ghodbunder Road and within an already overcrowded locality means residents will face significant and continuous traffic congestion, especially during peak hours. This impacts daily commutes and local travel, making it a challenging area for mobility.
This area has really bad traffic especially in peak hours.
The location is good only problem you are going to face the traffic of main highway Ghodbunder Road
So Thane station to Kashimira took 3.5 hours today 😓
Already this mulund corridor road is so narrow.
Is there any plan to improve traffic at Teen Hath Naka ? Adani at ACC, Ashar at Modella and Supermax land may go to developer in some years, yet no basic planning to improve traffic!

The construction quality is not worth and densely populated.
Overall parts mostly. You'll find leakage from multiple places and improper drainage such that your flat smells. The walls are so weak that cracks will appear even if someone 2 floors above you is drilling.
Ashar constructions are very variable like Lodha. In some cases 40% flats have some or the other leakages while some projects are quite high end and have good build quality.
As such, Asher has terrible construction quality as well as post occupation servicing and AMCs is very very bad.

I canceled my booking because its lease hold property for 80 years
The land actually belongs to TMC, and it’s given to the builder on a leasehold basis. The lease is for 35 + 35 years, so essentially 70 years, and I’m not sure what happens after 80 years when it’s due for renewal — that uncertainty is what made me back out.
