In Chembur apart from RK Godrej (which is coming up) and Raheja Acropolis (which is almost 20 years old) there are absolutely no properties (I stayed in Chembur for 10 years in the past) which offer all these amenities + large (large = 1500 sq ft+ carpet).

Some of the good one's that I know are NRI, Palm beach residency, sagar darshan, sea breeze, jai balaji, meridian, emerald bay, acropolis, sai pride and its surrounding societies in sanpada IMO NRI is the best, but rent is also crazy high
