I really liked the location and proximity to tech companies/schools/ORR. I feel they are relatively under the radar for a prime location offering.
The biggest plus is the location — very close to ORR, Financial District, and essentials. Schools like Oakridge International and Keystone International are nearby, and Continental Hospital is just a short drive away.

Pooja room is fine. To the north east corner. I like this pooja setup.

Where residents want improvements
The project is burdened by numerous and significant legal issues, including ongoing litigations, concerns about land title disputes, and allegations of construction on encroached government land. The RERA website reportedly lists multiple cases, and the Telangana Real Estate Appellate Tribunal has issued compliance directions to the builder for RERA Act violations, citing that the project compromised homebuyer rights and hid court orders. These issues have caused considerable stress and concern among potential buyers regarding property registration and obtaining occupancy certificates.
More than 15 litigation cases mentioned in the Rera website itself. Why take risk ? They didn't even start construction of a few towers, how can they be completed by Dec 2026.

Last year when I checked, the RERA website itself was listing a lot of litigation cases under this project.
Recently got to know about the litigations and I am concerned about registration and oc due to it.
All good about western springs except the legal cases on it.
Telangana RERA let off the Western Springs project despite finding it hid court orders and land title disputes, compromising homebuyers’ rights and legal standing.
Entire western, was being built on encroached govt land.
No registrations were happening the last time I checked due to some land litigations and case being in Supreme Court purview. did you confirm with the builder?

Additionally, the inclusion of a maid room is not universally preferred, with some buyers suggesting that the space could be better utilized for a larger kitchen or a dedicated home office.
TV placement in the living area will be a bit awkward, it will be to a side. I would prefer a home office setup instead of the maid room.
I would remove maid room and make kitchen bigger and keep pooja room inside kitchen or next to kitchen per vastu.

Plan is good, but I feel that they could’ve just made the rooms bigger by removing those small balconies and give large windows instead.
4 feet narrow balconies concept I do not understand they are pretty much unusable.

They didn't even start construction of a few towers, how can they be completed by Dec 2026.
