The ORR view looks good and it doesnt get boring as there is some life (traffic flow).

Where residents want improvements
Flats directly facing the Outer Ring Road (ORR) are prone to constant traffic noise, particularly from trucks at night, which some residents find does not significantly decrease on higher floors. There are also concerns about future traffic congestion turning the ORR stretch into a 'parking lot,' leading to increased idling and exhaust fumes.
Very soon all that stretch of ORR will become a parking lot, so expect a lot of idling and all the fumes from exhaust of vehicles making their way up there as well.
ORR-facing flats have constant traffic noise that doesn't significantly decrease on higher floors.
Sound travels upwards, have experience this in higher floors in Mumbai with continuous traffic & honking.
engine & tires sound is unavoidable, and is concerning at nights.
Its a deal breaker imo, avoid flats where traffic noise creeps in.
Avoid direct orr facing. Experienced both avatar 10th block east facing vertex panache orr facing. Tyre sound from trucks is way too high.. Esp at night.
