Investors who paid significant amounts (e.g., 40 lakhs) for pre-booked units have reported that the original company claimed insufficient funds, attempted to transfer the project to another entity, and ultimately absconded with the money of hundreds of families. Despite numerous legal cases, police action has been ineffective.

When I paid in Feb 2022, promised date was 2027 start and now it's 2029+

Actually they are a marketing company previously. I don't think they built apartments. Good luck. Hope they complete the project.
