Bruh, most communities charge a fee for common amenities to prevent abuse and for sustainability. These numbers are outright absurd

Is this common practice in Hyderbad to charge for ammenties? First you buy appartmebt for 2cr plus which includes amenities charges then pay this, this in insane.
There are charges in another community as well but these are too high
Paid 6L for amenities in Nyla by Team4. No lottery parking and above are the charges for amenities. Buyers were told no charges would be there for amenities by I knew there would be some charges, but charges so high only to restrict from using any of these.

The builder reportedly attributed the reduction to land given to the municipal corporation, but this was not disclosed upfront, leading to a perceived loss of amenities and a feeling of being misled. Prospective buyers have also been told the project is 6 acres, indicating ongoing misrepresentation.

It is mentioned in saledeed in some corner which was never mentioned to us and never noticed until later. Everyone know now and it is open
Wow if true this is next level scam, I visted today and they told 6 acres. Not sure how to validate.
Builder is of double standard person. He advertised for 6 acre and now it is only 4 acre. he says remaining went to GHMC. obviously he must have got remuration for it but we are at loss as now our amenities are cut a lot.

The main road to get to Nyla is two lanes I guess. Pretty small. Unfortunately, there's no space to expand the road. There are water problems during summer. I don't understand how these big communities will handle the water crisis.

nyla is getting delayed by a month I am yet to get handover.
