There are serious allegations that the gated community, located in Neknampur, might be constructed on Waqf land, specifically adjacent to or even incorporating a portion of a 400-year-old Dargah. This has led to questions regarding the legal standing of the land and the construction, with some questioning how major banks are still providing loan options given these potential issues.
I did not dig into legality issues as I was not interested in buying becuase of the above reason.
