I booked a villa at Sark Kondakal in late 2021 and paid a token amount. The developer promised to complete the project by 2024. However, I recently learned that the project is facing a land acquisition issue. After years of consistently following up with the Sark management team, specifically with Abhishek, they informed me that they are unable to allocate a villa due to the land dispute.

Very poor construction. In fact you can go to their kondapur head office and see the poor quality over their itself. If they can't construct their HQ with good quality, think about the corners they are cutting in units for sale.
