Ramky is an expensive tower and the usual rent for entire 2-3BHk would be around 30-40k. You may need to look for flatmates only. Anyone who’s offering you Ramky Tower 2bhk for 10-15k or less (unless it is one room with flatmates) please do not go for it. It is a scam.

Scam for sure No society or owner will charge money for guest gatepass creation for viewing purposes.
When we reached and asked the security personnel there, they told us that there's no 1 bhk at all.
Now that I contacted them, they say you need to pay 9k which will be refunded immediately to make the smart card for entry into the apartment.
