Yeah I have finalised and got a deal for 6300. I am not is this a good deal, because every other project in this vicinity like Anvita Ivana,high 9 are quoating above 7000.

Where residents want improvements
The surrounding area, Velimala/Kollur, is still in a developing phase, lacking immediate robust infrastructure and daily living facilities. It is anticipated to take several years (5-10 years or even a decade) for the area to fully mature and for approach roads to improve, making it less ideal for those seeking immediate self-use.

I don't trust the government to lay 100 feet roads.

Due to lack of infra and daily living facilities and we cannot live there at this point of time. It might take atleast 5 years to get proper structure to the location.
You already know the ground reality, nothing will change magically in Kollur.
