A significant concern raised by prospective buyers is the project's challenging road connectivity and its somewhat interior location. There are complaints about the lack of visible and proper roads leading to the development, which could make daily commuting difficult and inconvenient.
Brokers are promoting, Muppas... which are toooo interior normal buyers won't get to such interiors now, because there are no proper roads.
Muppas Melody person literally torchured me to visit them... no proper roads. If you want to check Aasta Gardenia in Tellapur. I like the location and flat 2 bhk. But due to arranging required funds I had to drop.

Brokers are promoting, Muppas... they assess you and if you are ready to pay cash more(black) they will respond to u. If you say all white then they don't respond to you.
Muppas Melody person literally torchured me to visit them... He made us wait for 2 hrs... Over call he said lower floors are available. After going there under-construction no lower floors available only top floor available. He pressured me to go and check for ready to move in. Even that too someone are planning to give advance that day. We walked entire community all flats but nothing is available. After 1 week again everyday he calls me, madam are u visiting? They are expecting cash more , I clearly told I can't pay cash more only I can go as 20-80 %. Still call came. Finally I asked him stop calling g anyway there are no flats which I liked there. ... Only 3 bhk intrested people are considered as humans.

I have visited svadha, ekam, divinespace, vision arsha, sayuk, aparna c4, muppas melody, ira aspiration, ghr callisto, anvita ivana, levnor egeria. Out of all, ekam is good in quality, divinespace is good in amenitites and ceiling height, ghr callisto is spacious and view and good amenities. Rest all are not up to the mark.
