Narsingi lo 2000sft apartment 2cr Tellapur lo triplex is around 4-5 cr lot of them are unsold. Its very scary as a middle class guy who doesn’t have lot of ancestral wealth how to afford it.

Under construction but the actual land size is just 230 sq.yard. they are making huge built up area and that's how thay are charging too much. 3880 sq ft built up for 230 sq yard land is just excuse to take more money
