Prices are cheaper than fortune Butterfly city though both are side by side.
Kadthal lo min 15k ante ela possible? Maheshwaram and Kadthal are around 25 to 30 km apart. Maheshwaram itself is much nearer to the city and still goes for around 12 to 13k.

It’s easy to buy real estate, it’s a pain to exit. The prices might increase. They might also not. Even if they increase, can you get your exit price? ... Better to play it safe, get a plot where housing is just around the corner. That way there is genuine demand for the plot rather than just speculative demand.
The only people who make money in ventures this far away are the developers.

Don’t want to sell, but need to clear off a personal loan from 4 years.
No buyers. But with a surcharge they volunteered to help, which is greater than 1% average market cut. Almost 6-7% of my per sq yard rate. Selling rate I wanted was 4% savings account rate to 7% FD rate. Wish i invested some of it in gold now.
