Villas in West Hyderabad have risen to 30 crores unless and until you’re willing to go out to the fringes of Tellapur or get into Kollur area which once again kind of robs the West Hyd feel.

Unlimited FSI rule has spoiled the real estate market in Hyderabad, if it's scrapped then apartment prices will increase and the price of lands will decrease. Half of them are unsold due to the overvalued market.
