Purchasing landowner share units in Candeur Lakescape comes with specific risks. Never trust a landowner, once you pay the amount they will drag you for months and give you some other apartment if you are lucky.
What, according to you, could be a disadvantage or a risk of registering the property before handover? The reason I'm asking is because my brother recently registered a flat which is a land owner share. The OC and others will come after all the phases of society are completed which may take another year or so. So, I'm curious to know what the risks are if the property is registered before OC is issued.
The person even suggesting a registration before handover, would also like to know the legality of it.
