Went to the project around 2 weeks ago and saw that the high court work has started too. The design for high court looks absolutely gorgeous kinda like the secretariat.
Forum mall is a part of the township only. New high court adjacent to it as well.

The project site is just besides 500 acres of agriculture University, wherein lakhs of plantation is carried out. Which controls pollution and temperature as well in that area, this project also contains lake view and lake would be managed by prestige itself.

Personally felt Rajendranagar( only this location) might not get congested or gets lesser traffic compared to other spots . I see a decent announcements from government ( artificial beach at kotwalguda is 15-20 mins, gateway of Hyderabad and himayat sagar development (Musi rejuvenation) is 15-20mins away) and Financial district is around 20-25mins.
You can use Banjara hills, PVNR 11km overbridge route

If you think none of the (prospective) owners should care about the association except those who want to become the president of the association, you probably also think nobody should care about the construction quality unless they want to become subcontractors, nobody should care about the density and infrastructure unless they want to become a town planning officer, etc.
