It is not completed and the problem is too many societies at that location
That lane is a single lane to take all of tellapur traffic to the financial district... There is a bottle neck near a temple and traffic crawls there at peak time.

I didn't like what I am getting for what I pay. 3BHK 1650 west facing flat has some 1030 carpet area and the price including floor rise, amenities etc is going up to 1.98Cr. I didn't feel its worth it.

the maintenance is 4500 and on top of that I'm getting charged extra for utilities like generator which is like rupees 38 per unit, water. Oh and also the amenities like gym, swimming pool isn't covered in the maintenance, there'll be a separate tariff for it.
