Where residents want improvements
The project is situated in an area (Panathur, Balagere Road) that suffers from severely underdeveloped and neglected infrastructure. This includes extremely poor road conditions, frequent waterlogging even without heavy rain, and significant dust, leading to unsafe commutes and long travel times. The lack of government action to improve basic amenities is a major concern for residents in this locality.
Bangalore's infrastructure is exceptional. There was no rain to blame. This area has everything from Category A to C builders, from budget to luxury societies, but no infrastructure.
This is the panathur road, worst road I have seen in India ever, and this is just few kilomteres away from major offices in Marathahalli.
East bengaluru has worst infrastructure compared to rest of bengaluru. Government really won't care about it.

I checked sv polaris but rate is quite high.. at this stage, they are charging 1.7 for 3bhk .. so basically with registration, interiors, lumpsum maintenance at start it wil easily cross 2cr+.. Not a good bet as of now with this price.
