Suboptimal Location for Appreciation and Connectivity

The project's location in RR Nagar (West Bangalore) raises concerns regarding its potential for property value appreciation, as the primary real estate growth and business activity are concentrated in the eastern and northern parts of the city. This also implies less convenient travel options to major employment hubs.

I am not too comfortable about RR Nagar, as most of the action seems to be happening in the eastern and northern part of the city, so not sure how will the house price appreciate in that area.

RR Nagar... is far from current hotspots in east bangalore and from future hotspots of north bangalore, while I am location agnostic but want something which has few offices in the vicinity with a convenient option to travel to other areas

Builder's Perspective

Response to hard water issues:

"We have initiated the setup of a centralized soft-water plant which is expected to be operational by Q2 2026. This will significantly reduce TDS levels across all towers."
