Where residents want improvements
The Sarjapur Road area, including the lanes leading to the property, suffers from severe traffic congestion, especially during peak hours. The roads are often in poor condition with potholes and are too narrow to handle the high density of new projects and population, leading to significant commute challenges, dust, and general chaos.
The lane outside is going to be jam packed you have multiple Godrej , Concrode , Adarsh, Mana, Brigade projects lined up on and surrounding the same road. Also there is a school too which adds to the chaos. Visit the place during the day and peak hours and you will see just for getting into and out of Siddapura road is a big challenge. Its a tiny road that cant handle so much traffic.
Before investing 3 cr just go to that area in office hours . You will regret to visit. Too much traffic.

Personally did not like the configuration of 3BHK. Single balcony + the balcony side faces the next flat’s balcony without any privacy sort of makes it weird. Also there is a maid room and bathroom which I find just space wasted if you dont have a live-in helper.
1507 have a ridiculously bad floor plan. Bedrooms are tiny. Definitely not worth for a big family.
