Budigere cross ends up being a little more expensive but there are societies like Shriram Greenfield there (which maybe around 80-90L)

Shriram build quality is grade A but the apartments have common walls and they build match box size apartments. If you are ok with that you can buy.

Small Flat Sizes and Cramped Layouts

A significant concern among potential buyers is the perceived small size of the apartments. Specifically, 3-bedroom units built on approximately 1000 sqft are considered inadequate and are often described as 'match boxes,' leading to a feeling of cramped living spaces that are not ideal for the Bangalore market.

They build match boxes for a premium. The 3 bedroom flats are build on 1000sqft. Too small for Bangalore

Premium and High Pricing

The pricing of the flats is considered high, especially when juxtaposed with the smaller unit sizes. For instance, 2.5 BHK units are noted to be around 1 crore, and other units in the Budigere Cross area are in the 80-90 lakh range, which is seen as expensive for the value offered.

Common Walls in Apartments

The design of the apartments includes common walls, which can potentially lead to reduced privacy and issues with noise transfer between adjacent units, impacting the living experience.

I have flat in Sriram Greenfield phase 2. From your tool, i found that District is Shivajinagar, Taluk is Krishnarajapuram and Hobli is Bidarahalli Hobli 1 for the village Bommenahalli. But when i enter my name and search for the result nothing comes.

Builder's Perspective

Response to hard water issues:

"We have initiated the setup of a centralized soft-water plant which is expected to be operational by Q2 2026. This will significantly reduce TDS levels across all towers."
