The project boasts a prime location directly adjacent to the Nayandahalli metro station, offering residents convenient and quick access to public transportation. It is also situated close to the peaceful RR Nagar area, known for its calm environment. The general area benefits from good roads and well-developed infrastructure, with future improvements like service roads along the SWD expected to further enhance accessibility.
RRNagar one of the calmest places. You see residents going to sleep at 10.

A significant advantage is the presence of Global Mall (also referred to as Divinity Mall) either on-site or immediately adjacent to the apartment complex. This mall provides extensive shopping and entertainment options, including major retailers like Croma, Reliance Fresh, Zudio, PVR cinemas, and a food court, catering to daily needs and leisure activities. Beyond the mall, the apartment itself is described as well-maintained and equipped with a full range of facilities, including a clubhouse, pool, and gym.
The Global Mall fulfills all the necessary shopping needs for the apartment - croma, reliance fresh, zudio, PVR, food court etc.
Even there is a mall(divinity mall) outside the apartment.
With the new mall opened up (Global malls which is part of Sattva Divinity), the need to travel to Gopalan mall will significantly reduce.

Divinity is a clean apartment. Away from the rishabhavati stench and has a fully functional mall to boot. Go for it!

Where residents want improvements
A significant concern is the pervasive and often unbearable drainage smell, particularly near towers 6, 7, and 8, due to the property sharing a boundary with the Vrishabavati drainage/river. This issue is severe enough to deter potential buyers, impacting apartment sales. Additionally, there is a slum or small/medium scale industries located opposite the apartment, which, while reportedly quiet after 7 PM and mostly across the drain, is visible from certain towers and raises concerns for some residents.
What people refer to as slums are in fact small/medium scale industries most of which are on the other side of the drain. No industries operate after 7pm and the area becomes quiet. Also, these are visible only for apartments facing the boundary wall on tower 6, 7, and 8.
Occasionally the sewage smell can be unbearable near Tower 6,7 and 8 facing the sewage drain.
Many apartments are not getting sold there as there’s drainage water running near the property.

Drainage smell. It's shares boundary with vrishabavati drainage/river. Smells bad. Opposite to the apartment is nayandahalli slum.

The project's location in a low-lying area next to a river, identified as flood plains, poses a risk of flooding during heavy rains. While the complex itself might not flood, surrounding roads and areas, including basements of nearby apartment complexes, have experienced significant waterlogging and damage in the past. Although some main roads might clear quickly due to slight elevation, the general susceptibility of the locality to flooding remains a concern.
There has not been major water logging issues, and in the worse situations the water clears up quickly.
It is next to a river in a low lying area. They call this region the flood plains of a river, if i am not wrong. When there are heavy rains, surrounding areas and roads will be flooded, even if your complex isn't.
Once I saw the main road & the kappi katte road flooded. But that was cleared in the morning.

While internal security is good, the safety of the external area, particularly the stretch of Mysore Road from Gopalan Mall to Nayandahalli metro station, is a concern for pedestrians after 8 PM. Additionally, there have been reports of massive fires occurring behind the society, and ongoing issues with waste burning in the vicinity, which poses environmental and safety risks to the residents.

There are isolated complaints regarding the quality of services from external vendors operating within or immediately around the complex. Specific issues include unhygienic practices at a Subway outlet and unsatisfactory service from a utility provider like Tata Play, indicating that while the presence of amenities is a positive, their operational quality can sometimes be a drawback.
I have Tata Play connection. But the service is not satisfactory.
The outlet at sattva divinity(Bengaluru) is really unhygienic. The water being used in cappuccino is also just tap water.
