A great deal since oc is received and its ready to move. Mantri got a bad name not due to quality issues but due to leaving projects incomplete. If you are getting a ready to move project from Mantri next to Metro station its a really great deal at this price point and it doesn’t matter where do you live its going to keep appreciating.

Serenity has a door step metro station now and I was thinking if an hours metro commute could be less tiresome than driving 8kms in 45 mins.

The price is fair. Prestige Falcon City is going for 14-15k, so you're getting a great deal. Quality issues would already have been out in the open as people are already staying there. Only thing is traffic - it's not ORR level but bad. And there is Hebbal line construction that is going to disrupt JP Nagar signal.

I have cousins living in mantri serenity and all are happy . I myself have visited that complex many times to meet cousins and it is a lovely complex. There are couple of issues definitely but ppl living there are super happy. It is one of the value for money apartments on kanakpura road .

I decided against it for now, but that's because I am not getting the kind of flat I want. The project itself is completely fine, in my book. If I got something in the size/price ratio I like, I will buy it for sure.

The entire blocks (except A and B if I'm not wrong) are still running on generator power. They still havent resolved the issue with BESCOM. The fuses trip when there is an overload and power goes off during peak usage time.

People bought flats in mantri serenity for 1 cr to 1.5 cr about 10-12 years ago. If you are getting the same deal after 10-12 years, it is a big red flag.

We had some leakage issues in the bathroom and the building overall had continuous plumbing issues. The parking was not properly allotted and it was first come first serve basis. So even after the property is completed after long delays,there might be some issues which nobody will share openly.

Provident park square has a lot of water problems. During 2024 summer they completely ran out of bore well water. Currently it is on ventilator support with contracted tankers coming in regularly. I heard from a lot of residents that they are falling sick due to tankers bringing them water from nearby dirty lakes.
