The main road leading to and in front of the apartment complex (Uttarahalli-Kengeri road) is in an extremely poor state, characterized by numerous potholes, sewage overflow, and significant dust. This has led to multiple accidents, including fatal ones, and poses a high risk to commuters, especially children. Road repair and widening projects have been severely delayed, often taking over a year with minimal progress, causing prolonged inconvenience and safety concerns for residents. Additionally, there's a lack of proper footpaths and streetlights, further exacerbating safety issues and contributing to a perception of increased crime risk.

The motorable road is very narrow even though road width is decent. Theres nothing called footpath all along. This is a road with high traffic density and connecting multiple layouts/areas and yet this apathy!

Very risky for residents of Mantri Alpyne. Kids are suffering due to dust. Even it is highly risky for kids going school due this road condition since August 2022.
Today an accident happened infront of Mantri Alpyne Apartments uttarahalli and a 22 year old boy died on the spot. Road work is going on last 1.5 years. How many more life sacrifice needed before it gets fixed?as this is 3rd one.

Mantri has gone down under. The directors have been ordered by the court to surrender their passports AFAIK. It’s just a matter of time it’s gonna be liquidated.

The roads and footpaths surrounding the apartment complex are frequently encroached upon by street vendors, food carts, and illegally parked vehicles, particularly at night. This leads to significant road blockages, traffic congestion, and inconvenience for residents, compounded by observations of reckless driving by public transport.
Now both sides of roads are blocked by stories bar cars at night and street vendors in morning. This is causing huge problems.
Everything occupied by food carts, vegetables vendors, and other footpath vendors.
