Ultimately Bangalore is going to have 3 airports in 3 equidistant corners and its certainly the most efficient configuration. With Hosur airport site finalised at Berigai - Bagalur, Harohalli is the natural location for the second airport. All these areas will be biggest beneficiaries.

Also check for the suburban railway station. If it is within 3-4 kilometers, commuting to Bangalore will be possible. Not the easiest but with metro network expanding and suburban rail one would be able to go to work while living in such places.

I had a bad experience with Mahaveer, for their Promenade property near Whitefield... The scale model in the sales office showed a larger property size and construction than the sales brochure. Upon enquiring at the neighbourhoud, I came to know that the “additional “ area was a disputed land, encroaching on the plot next door, the construction was also encroaching on a proposed road
