If your own site visit and checks give you that same level of confidence, I’d say Disha Pursuit is worth considering. In the end, you trust your builder the way you trust your doctor it’s about skill and execution, not just the nameplate.

Quarterly they sent the news letter which shows the progress of the project. Good thing is it is approved by govt banks which means no land issue or title issue. I checked all the docs on rera website as well.

This is the first big project of this builder so not sure if one should buy or not.

The project quality is really bad. They have used hollow brick that cant take any load, no proper check of water was done causing faulty flush and pipe burst, lack of responsiveness from Builder, poor design and management. The cobblestones used in the Disha project are rough, sharp and have gaps that are not properly filled. Even after we raised this issue repeatedly with the builder, no corrective action has been taken. These cobblestones create safety hazards: children can easily fall, strollers cannot be used on the uneven surface, and wheelchair users are unable to navigate the area. The walking path is effectively unusable, leaving residents feeling trapped—as if confined to a jail.
