There is only F Premium by Aishwaryam that I have found very suitable to my needs but the price and location makes me feel uncomfortable on that too.

Where residents want improvements
The project has garnered a negative reputation, with some individuals describing it as "cursed." This perception stems from a series of significant problems encountered during its development and construction phases.
I wouldn't buy there either, that building just seems cursed lol.
Cursed ? what do you mean ? Please tell me some facts that will help me make a decision.

While the project might currently offer unobstructed views, these are anticipated to be temporary. Future developments are expected to emerge on all surrounding sides, inevitably blocking the current scenic outlooks and diminishing one of the potential attractions of the property.
Also your point of having unobstructed view, there are developments coming up on all sides, so you'll have the view only for a short time, but that's true for most projects.

The construction site suffered from severe and prolonged flooding, remaining underwater for two full months during the monsoon season. This issue is directly linked to the project's boundary wall being situated very close to a natural water channel (nallah), raising concerns about drainage, water management, and potential long-term structural integrity.
They dug for putting the foundation around this time last year and after that, the entire site got flooded in the monsoons because it's boundary wall is very close to the nallah next to it (you'll be able to see on Google maps). The site remained like this underwater for 2 whole months.

The project has experienced notable construction difficulties, including multiple instances where the building's outline had to be changed. These revisions were reportedly influenced by factors such as unexpected rainfall, and complaints related to vaastu principles from prospective buyers.
They put the building outline 3 times from 2022-2023 and somehow it always rained within a day or two. And this wasn't even in monsoon. A lot of prospective buyers complained about the vaastu (including one of my friends) so they changed the layout to accomodate that.
