Uttam Nagar is characterized by dense population, narrow roads, and a general lack of urban planning, leading to a messy quality of life, traffic congestion, and limited green spaces. There's a perceived need for significant rebuilding and wider roads.
Except these buildings in the narrow lanes and galli mohallas of Delhi are not built as per the plan, noone fucking knows what kind of materials did the use... It’s not a way to live like humans. I haven’t touched the parking issues yet.
All these clusters are very densely populated with poor Infra, low green cover & high crime rate.
It seems like a prison to pay 40-80 lakh and live there. My only priority is safe locality, spacious living and decent roads.
