builders usually build it for cheap or low quality material to maximise the profit. I have been in builder floor and after 4 years it was like regular maintenance work, pipes installed were of small size due to which water uploading to tank and then to taps was very slow and limited. In some cases I saw builder leaving wires just like that without any pvc pipe or anything, No earthing, just making sure every thing is running at time of delivery and for next 1 year they are sure.

connectivity by metro to gurgaon and noida is shit despite it being very close to Gurgaon and by road is jam packed because whole west delhi traffic flows through it. Also you would think you have never seen traffic jams in Dwarka, but wait till you see 5 minute traffic light stops. Basically takes around 30 minutes to cross it if going anywhere in Delhi. And that is if the underpass in Sector-21 is not waterlogged during small rains.
